Guttenberg, NJ is a small town in Hudson County whose population is slightly over 11,000. 
The town is only four blocks wide and is one of the smallest municipalities in New Jersey but one of the most densely populated in the country.
Guttenberg is located atop the Palisades overlooking the west side of NYC, north of Woodcliff Gardens and The Parker Imperial in North Bergen and south of The Versailles and Port Imperial in West New York and Weehawken.

Comprising about 20% of the population in Guttenberg is the Galaxy Towers, developed by Prudential Insurance Company which was built in the late 1970s on Boulevard East. The three octagonal Galaxy skyscrapers named GalaxyTower 1, Galaxy Tower 2 and Galaxy Tower 3(go to www.GalaxyTowersNJ.com)  rise 415 feet above the Palisades and have 1,075 condominiums with three separate lobbies and all the amenities including an indoor pool.

North Bergen is located in Hudson County NJ with a population of almost 60,773.  It is one of the most densely populated municipalities in the United States.  North Bergen is situated on the Palisades which runs east down to the Hudson River and west to Tonnelle Avenue.  It was founded in 1843 and is one of the "hilliest" municipalities in the country.
Like neighboring communities of West New York and Union City, North Bergen is among those places that has attracted a dense Hispanic population. The entire region is now known as North Hudson and has experienced massive immigration and urbanization during the latter half of the 19th century.
North Bergen public transportation is provided by bus and Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) service which is available at the Tonnelle Avenue station and Bergenline Station to points in Weehawken, Hoboken, Jersey City and Bayonne.
As the waterfront boomed with luxury residential condominiums and rentals in the 1980’s, North Bergen started to see a revival in development.  Residential districts along the waterfront and between the boulevards were developed. Bergenline Avenue, the shopping strip servicing North Bergen, West New York and Union City continued to attract the locals, mostly Hispanic.  Tonnelle Avenue went from an industrial hub to new big box stores and shopping centers such as Lowes and Home Depot.  Now development along River Road in North Bergen has taken place to the likes of Bank of America and Starbucks.

As of 2000, North Bergen had a population of 58,092 people; with 21,236 households and 14,249 families and were 22,009 housing units. There were 21,236 households out of which 32.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.4% were married couples living together, 14.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.9% were non-families. 27.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.70 and the average family size was 3.33.
In the township the population was spread out with 22.7% under the age of 18, 9.0% from 18 to 24, 33.1% from 25 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 13.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 91.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 87.7 males.
Males had a median income of $35,626 versus $29,067 for females. The per capita income for the township was $20,058. About 9.6% of families and 11.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 14.0% of those under age 18 and 14.5% of those age 65 or over.

HOBOKEN NJ

HOBOKEN, NJ is a city in Hudson County located between Weehawken to the north and Jersey City to the south.  Hoboken has great transportation to NYC via the PATH or NY Waterways Ferry.  The2010 US census had the population at 50,005. The city is part of the NY area and the PATH train to Manhattan is a major transportation hub for the region. Hoboken, NJ has their premier tenant the Stevens Institute of Technology which is one of the oldest and highest regarded technological universities in the United States.
Hoboken became a township in 1849 and was incorporated as a city in 1855. WEEHAWKEN NJ
WEEHAWKEN, NJ is conveniently located in Hudson County across the Hudson River directly opposite midtown Manhattan.  There is the NY Waterway Ferry and PATH that makes visitors and residents feel like they are part of the NYC metropolitan area.  The Weehawken Waterfront or Gold Coast is perfectly located between the southern end of the Palisades and across from downtown Manhattan which can also be accessed via the Lincoln Tunnel.

WEST NEW YORK NJ
The town of West New York, NJ was populated mainly with European immigrants, mostly Italians and Germans.  Later, in the 1960s, there was a large influx of Cuban émigrés giving West New York the nickname a little Havana or Havana on the Hudson.  Since 1960, West New York has become a city with a very large Hispanic population.

SECAUCUS, NJ
SECAUCUS, NJ is a town in Hudson County, New Jersey with a population of 16,264 as of 2010 according to the United States Census.  Secaucus is located within the New Jersey Meadowlands and is the most suburban of the county's municipalities.  Large parts of the town are dedicated to light manufacturing, retail, and transportation uses, as well as protected areas

Secaucus, according to the US Census Bureau has a total area of 6.5 square miles of which 9.66% is water.  At the southern end of Secaucus is Snake Hill (officially known as Laurel Hill), an igneous rock intrusion jutting up some 150 feet from the Meadowlands.   Partly surrounded by the Hackensack Meadowlands, Secaucus provides opportunities to observe the recovery of natural marshes in the town's post industrial, post agricultural age. Some marsh areas in the northeast part of town have been filled to provide a new commercial area, and some to build footpaths for nature walks with signs illustrating birds and other wildlife to be seen there.
According to the 2000 census there were 15,931 people, 6,214 households, and 3,945 families residing in the town. The population density was 2,706.7 people per square mile. There were 6,385 housing units at an average density of 1,084.8 per square mile. The racial makeup of the town was 68.54% White, 14.45% African American, 0.11% Native American, 11.80% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 2.79% from other races, and 2.26% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 12.26% of the population.

SECAUCUS REAL ESTATE
