The Parker Imperial is located in North Bergen, New Jersey on the Palisades overlooking the Hudson River, and is opposite the Manhattan skyline at approximately 72nd Street. The property is in a residential community of private homes and apartment buildings.

The property has a land area of approximately 37,650 square feet with a frontage of 203.29 feet along Boulevard East and a depth varying from 250.91 feet along 79th Street to 133.34 feet along 78th Street.

The Parker Imperial directly adjoins North Hudson Park, a public park of approximately 167 acres which contains 16 tennis courts, four handball courts, a lake with rowboating in the summer and ice skating in the winter, baseball diamonds, fields for football and soccer, basketball courts, children’s playgrounds, and a picnic area.
